  • The coffee pods that we rescue are designed to work perfectly in the Original Nespresso Machines. They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo, Dolce Gusto, Lavazza and Tassimo machines. If you are still unsure whether the infamous Odd Pods will be compatible with your machine, please send us an email to help@oddcoffeeco.com
  • We have partnered with a Q Grader to quality check all of our rescued coffee. We then give each little Odd Pod a name and a description based on their evaluation of the coffee, and then put it into a fun little menu. You can view the menu in the Everything Else tab.
  • When we started our journey rescuing coffee pods we made a conscious decision to only rescue pods that are 100% recyclable at home. So we are pleased to say that our Odd Pods are easily recyclable at home, or biodegradable or compostable.
  • We have partnered with a Q Grader (the crème de la crème of coffee connoiseurs) to quality check our rescued coffee, they then colour test the freshly roasted beans and then we bag them up according to whether they are light, medium or dark. The Q Grader then analyses the flavour profiles of each batch, which we then provide to you in a menu that is updated with each new batch.

  • Our ground coffee is a general-purpose grind, it is called an Omni-grind. It is more suitable for filter-type coffees, such as using a v60, French press or AeroPress. It is not suitable for espresso machines, if you want to use our coffee beans for your espresso machine we always recommend grinding the beans at home.
  • All of the coffee we rescue is 100% coffee, we don’t rescue any coffee that has any flavourings like milk powder, nuts, caramel etc. We let the coffee sing for itself! Our coffee partners will also be following the Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Information Regulation, and will not allow nuts on site.
  • You can't specifically choose what pod you want to rescue, but have introduced a Lucky dip box and an Intense dip box. The Intense dip box is for those of you who love a stronger coffee.
  • On our packaging there is a best before end date on the bag, this is printed when the bag is filled and sealed and is 12 months after that point. The coffee is generally roasted up to about 14 days before the packaging takes place as it needs time to rest. We follow the guidelines of our coffee roasting partners on when to pack the roasted coffee as they know their product better than anyone.
  • To be eligible for a return, your coffee pods, or bean and ground coffee must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The coffee must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain circumstances where only partial refunds are grants, for example: Any of the coffee is not in its original condition, e.g. the pods are damaged, or there are pods that are missing for reasons, not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery If you wish to return your Wonky Cofee then please raise a ticket or email us at hello@wonkycoffee.com
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the return and send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will notify you that a refund or exchange is on the way, or we may get in contact with you to obtain more information. If the refund is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment, please allow several days for this. Please ensure that you enter the correct address at the checkout as we are unable to provide a refund for any addresses that are entered incorrectly and therefore your parcel goes missing.
  • It’s of the utmost importance that the rescued coffee makes it to you safe and sound, so, we always use a tracked service. You will receive the tracking number in an email once the item is dispatched.
  • We are pretty quick at getting orders out of the door, so if you have placed an order and you need something changed or want to cancel then you need to email hello@wonkycoffee.com as soon as possible. We have a system in place that will automatically bump your ticket to the top of the queue if it is urgent. If your order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we cannot change or cancel anything on your order.
  • We are usually pretty fast at getting orders out the door, so any orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday will typically get delivered the same day, if not it will be the next day. We value our staff's weekend so we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.
  • At the moment we only ship to the UK and Irelan.
