Ever seen a pie on a windowsill in real life? It happens a lot in cartoons, but our neighbours have never been good enough to put it into practice. If you made a coffee from this delicious pod and left it on the windowsill it would get nicked within an hour, guaranteed. With the nutty, buttery taste of sweet pecan combined with the spicy tang of cinnamon, it’s a bit like eating a piece of pecan pie in every sip. And we know you want a slice.

You know that hazelnutty chocolatey spread that tastes great on toast and pancakes? We won’t name itt just in case one of their lawyers is a big fan and happens to be reading this, but what we will say is that this pod, with notes of delicious roasted hazelnuts, is a distant cousin. It also happens to pair perfectly with toast and pancakes, especially in the morning. As well as crepes at a German market. Funny that.

We personally parlez vous all the time, but we’ll stick to English as we know not everyone is as cultured as oui are. ‘Caramel’ is actually a French word, and we can confirm (from going to Paris on the Eurostar once) that they really know their caramel. This little pod is a bit like stepping into a boulangerie and taking a deep breath of the sweet, rich, buttery notes that hit you straight in the face. Oui really hope you like it.

The chemistry that went into making the perfect blend of hazelnuts in this little pod is almost as electric as the chemistry between Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts when he spills that cup of orange juice all over her. Rich, nutty and as cosy as a travel bookshop on Portobello Road, this pod is a real superstar. But, then again…it’s also just a pod. Sitting in front of a coffee machine.
